Chat room times

What are the most popular times you guys use the chat room ?
I'm 7 hours ahead of EST, so I was wondering if there are any times you are on early.

I am usually there after 9PM EST time, which would be about 4 am your time right? I've heard that there's a group between 2pm and 4 pm EST....i never make in then, i am at work.
