Can anyone help?

I'd like to talk to any survivors 18-21.(i'll be open to others). I'm 18 and a survivor of sexual abuse. I've already met some of you all and found that this has kind of helped me since. I'm not very depressed now i'm just trying to feel better about myself. My e-mail is [email protected] :confused:

Hi Santos

I am a bit closer to your age at 26. I see from your profile that you are a student. As I am one as well. I am at the beggings of my work on my sexual abuse yet as school is piling up I am finding it harder and harder to stay in my body and not give into my stress adict that has goten my through so much of my life. Do you find it hard to stay focased on school while working on your self? I am new to this web site but am trying to check it more so as to counteract my pattern of isolating my self. Take Care of your self.
