Bumper sticker

Saw a great car bumper sticker today really simple. It just said Have a Cry.

It spoke volumes to me. I guess its good to let things out if they all get too much. Its natures way of allowing us humans to relieve anxiety or overwhelming emotions and stress.

But dont we all know that as survivors, crying is often the last thing we do, if we can even do it at all. Ive only just begun to rediscover my tear ducts.

Im thinking in investing in shares in Kleenex for an expected increase in sales that I strongly suspect will emanate from the southern hemisphere.

But what a geat feeling it is when those tear ducts do start working after countless years of inactivity. I felt totally knackered but at the same time completely relaxed after my first (sober)crying session in 30 odd years, so much so I burst into a fight of laughter ..... I would recommened it to anyone.
