Best Wishes in the New Year

I just wanted to stop in and wish everyone a Happy New Year and hope your holidays went well. I was active for a short time but let me tell you all that I learned more about me as a person in that short time then I have my whole life, about as much as I did in therapy. My goal is to not be afraid anymore, to grow and learn what there is in life.
I decided to become a filmmaker, of documentaries mostly, not so long ago. There are so many stories to tell and I have a gift for discovery, listening, visual arrangement and editing. I hope someday to tell the story of male SA survivors on film in an honest and moving way. It is financially hard right now but am working on that too.
I also decided to help others that really need help and hope to volunteer at a rape crisis center. I am meeting with the director next week and will give a male perspective and a helping hand in any way I can.
So here is to a new year of living life and helping others live as well.
