Hey just wanted to apologise for a post i put yesterday, i was in a really down mood, and vented it on here, which i shouldnt have, so if anyone actually read any of the things posted and it upset, made them angry or anything then i apologie profusely, it was really selfish to post while i was in that mood, so im really sorry okay, and if you still want to kill me and throw me in a ditch thaen thats okay, just dont be too voilent okies?
 
When you are in "one of those moods" come here and post. It is nothing to be sorry for. I'd rather read it here than in the obituaries. My only suggestion is that you try listening to Celtic folk music. There are some pretty depressing themes but they tend more toward revenge than suicide.

Revenge is so much more up lifting than self destruction.
 
Hey...you know if someone did a song titled "been a jerk" it would be about me ;) . We are here to vent, stomp, kick, and generaly get out some of the anger that we carry around for years. It's good you are getting it out and not holding it in, and it's great you can step back and still say sorry for something you may have done. I've heard what we do here call "The road to recovery" I think it should be call "The rollercoster to recovery" because I've not seen any roads that have as many up's/down's/twist/loops/stops/goes/everything in between.

All I can say is these others are right. And I like James' description of this as being the rollercoaster to recovery! :D

Venting is something we all need to do. Getting out all the crap that has built up over the years when we had to be silent.

Yeah camron,

It's a roller coaster ride. Some days we will be normal, others we will be giddy, and then there are our, as you called it, jerk days.

This is a good place to vent out your frustrations (just don't flame a fellow member).

The song "been a jerk" may be about any one of us. The picture in the dictionary would be mine.
