Well... As many of you know I built a website dedicated to tracking down and stopping my perp.
I also advertised on Kijiji and Craigslist.

well in the last 24 hours a few emails came in that I didn't expect.

I now have confirmation that he is still offending. I also have all his info. Address, phone number.. and much more.

I called the number. It is him

Now what do I do?... besides puke. (no.. really puked at the sound of his voice)

I need to go lay down for a while..

if i had the chance, and it was still a fairly timely thing instead of a lifetime ago, i would certainly persue justice. it will be messy and hard, but if you report it, at least you know you did all you could. go for it man.
 
Write a letter for all of his neighbors where he currently lives.

Say who you are, what happened to you, and who he is, with his picture. Mail it if you have to, but I would rather hand deliver the letters to all of his neighbors myself.

Make his life miserable, it's the least you could do. He's still offending from what you say right?
 
i think it is possible to get sued if you do something like hauser said. although, it would also be difficult to go to the police if the people who mailed you dont agree to press charges/testify

i want you to nail his ass to the wall as much as everyone else but make sure you dont get yourself into legal trouble.
 
tell the police about what he did to you .see if he can be jailed and try and sue the hell out of hin
 
Go after him or her with everything you've got. Don't delay!

To get yourself fired up, say this positive affirmation (but MUST be mixed with the emotion of faith, otherwise it won't work):

I DO NOT KNOW PAIN, I DO NOT KNOW FEAR - BUT I KNOW I WILL SAVE OTHERS - WITH GOD'S ALMIGHTY HELP!

Repeat that ALOUD at least 5 times in a row, 3 times a day, you'll be amazed how the ball starts rolling.

Hi OFB, if you want to report it I think you have to go to the state, county where it happened, and you may discover that it happened so long ago that the police can't do anything on your case. But what it will do is give them a heads up on this guy. Also it will make you feel better about it. I was raped by a stranger in a park restroom. After being on here for two years, I became strong enough to go back and visit the restroom. I immediately went to the police to report it, even though I knew it was to late to do anything about the rape. I wanted the police to know that restroom was dangerous for little kids! While it was very stressful to talk about I did feel good knowing I had done all I could do to try and prevent any further rapes from happening in that restroom.

Make sure that you are safe with what you choose to do. What I hope you are able to do is go to authorities, and help them to stop him from further offending. But it is not something that any of us could possibly push you to do. It is not right to try to push a survivor to do anything they are not ready for or capable of.

Please take care of yourself as you continue on with this.

On Tuesday I have a meeting with the foremost S/A Police Detective in North America (I finally came out to a friend of mine who is a police officer and he hooked me up)

I will follow this through to the end!

I confronted one and it was the best thing I ever did. I confronted another and the counter-attack floored me for years. So YOU first.

It helps that you have a friend in the police, because they will be able to keep you up to date with what's happening!

I hope your meeting went well, but as others have advised, look after yourself first.

I hope you get to nail the bastard!
