Baseless accusations & unprovoked attacks (MAY BE OFFENSIVE!)

Please note: I'm posting this here and on F&F, Unmoderated, Members, and anyplace else I feel it's necessary. The moderators can move or delete at will, but I hope they won't.
I wasn't doing really well yesterday, as anyone who was here can attest, and I came here, hiding myself, which was unusual, looking for comfort and safety from my brothers and sisters. I found during my wanderings a number of posts, and some conversation in chat, that were disturbing because they were unrelentingly hostile and included serious, and from what I know of certain people, baseless accusations.
I've written about this before, usually after people I care about (yes, there are brothers and sisters here I haven't physically met, but I consider true friends and family, people I love) or myself get caught up in some unnecessary ugliness, and I see it happening again. I want it to stop.
Anyone who comes here is welcome and invited to participate, to give thoughts, to comment, and to simply take comfort. I truly have found that a blessing, and it has, literally, saved my life a number of times. I personally welcome everybody and accept them at face value unless they've proven to be hateful, mean, or deceitful.
I find most people do the same.
Yet there are some who come here, hurting like all of us, who cannot or WILL NOT look beyond their pain and be as helpful and healing as the majority. Indeed, they are angry, or suspicious or others and their motives. Rightfully so. This is the place to move past this, or start to.
As a result, they will say things that are vicious, or make accusations because they CANNOT trust other people, no matter how sincere or open they might be.
This is disruptive to the environment we are all responsible in creating, and will not be tolerated.
I am not a moderator, an administrator, or anyone in "authority" here. I have ABSOLUTELY NO SAY in what goes on and who will be taken to task for breaking rules. But we all have a common responsibility to take care of each other and watch out for each other. The mods and admin are great, but they CANNOT be everywhere all the time. We must take it UPON OURSELVES to act when we see something wrong or someone acting irresponsibly or hurtfully. Ask ANY of the mods or admin here and they'll tell you I'm one sweet pain in the @$$ when I see a wrong, and I will do WHATEVER I CAN to correct it and protect people. I have ignored my own well-being to do so, and I will again.
This having been said (at length, I know), if I see ANYONE attacking anyone personally, making mean or snide remarks when someone is being sincere, or make baseless accusations about someone's motives or actions here, I will report them to the mods, admin staff, and anyone else up the chain of command, and DEMAND appropriate action be taken.
Further, if nothing has been done, I will POST ANY OFFENSIVE MATERIAL I SEE to make offenders public on the board. This is a violation, but if NOTHING IS BEING DONE, I WILL DO WHAT IS NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL, EVEN IF IT MEANS EMBARASSING MEMBERS, GUESTS, OR STAFF.
I ask EVERYONE ELSE to do the same.
WE, when it's all said and done, are responsible for keeping each other safe, and maintaining a nurturing, safe, environment for ourselves to heal.
As always, I, or SOMEONE ELSE (I'm sure), WILL BE WATCHING!
I WON'T TOLERATE ANYONE BEING ATTACKED OR HURT HERE!
