Bad day for therapy cancellation

I know therapists have lives outside of their job, and other concers, but I'm not having such a great day, I get to the crisis center (which, by the way is a 40-mile, 45-minute drive, one-way), and THEN get a voice mail from my therapist saying she had to cancel.

It's free, and she's been great, but.....man, the timing sucks.

*sigh*

Just needed to vent. Probably will do more.

OK, so it is not a good day right now. The bad ones come, and we make it throught them. Try to make it better. Go do something for yourself. If things aren't going right, then save them for another day if you are able to. If that won't work, then all I can suggest is a music, a movie, or a book. Treat yourself well and be well Scot.
 
Sorry about the cancellation. I have been fortunate, I think my therapist has only needed to 'change' an appointment once, meeting me the day after normally I would see her. I am glad at least that you can come here to vent.
