Back safely
Dear all
Just a quick message to say that I am back from my trek (first part of the pilgrimage to Saint Jacques de Compostelle). It was a fantastic healing experience, so beautiful and so peaceful, crossing fields and old villages. The friendship, love and support between pilgrims were fantastic, beyond words really.
You were in my prayers and I delivered the private ones I have received along the way.
V was with me all the time. It is very strange that I actually saw him the day before I left (though it happened in such a weird way that we did not talk to each other). Anyway my love for him grew from that experience and also my compassion.
I can't wait to go back next year, I feel frustrated I have to stop, my legs were just starting going ! Needless to say that the walking was very hard for the legs and I still have very sore feet !
