Tonite my mind is going in hyperdrive again .
I looked at the Oklahoma stature on haveing my rapest arrested . I cannot do shit, because I supresed this for 30 years . I had to file charges within 7 years . It is just not fair .
this SOB got away with this . I pray that one of his other victoms did something before the stature of limitations ran out for them
if I ever find him I aint going to wory about no stature of limitations .

I read that too, and I'm not sure if that is the case. It says within 7 years of discovery. IIRC, "Discovery" means when the crime is reported to authorities. If I were you I'd call the cops and ask them.

What Nobbynobs suggests is smart. Perhaps there are other options open to you, such as civil court, even if criminal charges are not allowable.

However, if you do meet up with him, keep in mind that now, you are responsible for your actions. To add to the pain that he gave you by creating more for yourself will only add to his power and take away from yours. Just a caution.
