Allow Me To Introduce Handy Andy!
Hi Guys!
I guess you could say that I mention my partner Andy a lot around here. I mean, I talk about us cuddling in bed, taking showers, having fights, and Lord knows what else!
Well, when I first came to this site, I was very reluctant to have Andy come here as well. But things have been pretty rough for both of us. So I know he could use all the support he can get right now.
Just yesterday, we set him up with a user name "Handy Andy." And soon he will start posting here. Mainly he will be posting in the Family and Friends area. And mainly I will be posting in the Gay Survivors forum. That way we each can have a bit of space to express ourselves, without worrying too much what the other one is thinking. Does that make sense?
However, I should mention that Andy is also a survivor. Up till now, his own issues haven't felt very pressing. And mine have been. So even though he doesn't have a strong need to share his own survivor story yet, that may change in time. In which case, I want him to feel free to post just about anything, anywhere.
So if you happen to come across "Handy Andy" in your travels around here, please know that he is my Andy! That Andy that I'm always going on about!!!
And I know you'll do your best to make him feel welcome.
