Well, I have been reading here all night and it's time to hit the sack. Friday night is my night to find out what has been happening on the discussion board. You people never cease to amaze me. You have been through so much and are still dealing with so much, and yet on and on you go. I watch you get down and then I watch you climb right back up, no matter how hard the crash might have been. And, even when you're hurting the worst, you stop to help each other.

If life had to slap me up the side of the head, I'm glad it slapped me in your direction. You should have been destroyed, and yet, there you are: strong and struggling and, by god, making your way through life.

And, if you're that strong and that good and that caring and that determined, well, hell....maybe I just might be, too. That would be a good thing.....yep, that would be a really good thing.

I thank you all for sharing yourselves with me. This is a rough road we travel, but it was so much harder when I traveled it alone. Bobby

due to emotional necessity, I have been rather 'in absentia' for the most part for about two months here. But normally, I come one or two days a week to read, and once a week will respond to things. It is amazing, all the emotion that is shared here, the strength (even when someone feels weak) and the compassion. I'm glad you were slapped in this direction to!

I too am going through another difficult period & feel way less alone & isolated by reading the diverse messages of my fellow survivors... I promised myself that 2005 would be a time to THRIVE & DREAM~~~DARE~~~DIVE... My hope is heightened after being here on Male Survivor today... I thank U from my healing heart, John Ireland:) :) :)
