"Adaptation"
Ok forgive if I come off sounding like a movie critic, LOL
Just wanted to give a thumbs up for Spike Jonze's movie Adaptation.
Its about a screenwriter trying to adapt a book about an orchid hunter into a movie. The thing I think makes it relevant here is the writer's anxiety, which you can really feel coming from Nicholas Cage's performance.
Mostly you see his anxiety in dealing with romantic relationships and his work. You also see him grow to at least start to overcome the fear. Start to live a little. Can be a bit triggering for some because of the intense anxiousness of it but worth a look.
One great quote from it is, "You are defined by what you love, not what loves you."
