One of our brothers is hurting very much today. If you're of the praying variety, please pray for whoever is in terrible pain and needs peace and grace. If you aren't a praying person, think of those who need strength, peace, and hope, and try to send some their way.

This is going on Sprituality as well, but please, rememebr those who are hurting and try to share some strength.

I will keep in my thoughts today those folks who are struggling. I hope they can find the strength they need.
