As Jeff said Congrats on finding a good therapist, I am glad he has helped you so much in just one session, hopefully you'll be able to continue to make great strides forward. Sounds like this therapist is great and is willing to go the extra mile with you. Keep up the great work, and I hope all the sessions are as productive.

I'm glad I changed therapists. She seems to be what I was looking for and has experience with male survivors (mostly of clergy abuse). She does deserve a round of applause.
