Hi,

Just wanted to say that my boyf has had only 2 "crisis" in the last 2 months but they have been very revealing. In the way that we are both learning from mistakes made in the past.He is using new coping and self-esteem skills and they are working perfectly. He is now more patient and respectful with himself.

He is happy happy cause especially in the last week he hasn't got any thought, bad feeling, pain but the oppossite. Yesterday he said:
" It is feels like a fresh spring day after being in the darkness for 30 years. It is the first time I am feeling this way. Still not sure if it will last, still not sure if it is just a glimpse but soooo much worth it"

That is such great news! Congratulations to both of you. I think I am at the "glimpses" stage, and man is he right. It is worth every second of the work you have to do.
