Thanks for showing that here for those of us with Ice Age computers! :rolleyes:

This seems like not only a very reasonable contract but one of pretty much minimal, basic & important expectations for you.

Perhaps having contracts between T's & clients like this would help to avoid problems & facilitate healing.
