"Leaping Upon the Mountains" by Mike Lew (his first book was "Victims No Longer") is full of not only great tips & pointers from fellow survivors around the world, but also great encouragement and a section of affirmations.

Sounds good. I've been into affirmations for a while, with Louise Hay's and Shakti Gawain's examples and techniques. Mike Lew sounds like he's done great things for victims. All my work with guys like him, like John Bradshaw and Robert Bly has given me a preference right now for Anthony Robbins. Preparing your mind for empowering actions and attitudes is fundamental, so that you can appreciate the value of higher standards of thought and behavior.

Good point. And I've not heard of Anthony Robbins, have to check that out when I can. Thanks. Take care.
