Hello Duncan,

Welcome to MS! You are no longer alone and even though each of us travels our own road to recovery you will find a great bunch of guys who will offer unconditional support.

Take your time. Ask any question that pops into your head. We're here for you.

Glad you found us but sorry you had to.

Regards,

Paul

Duncan

Recovery is more than possible grab it with both hands and you will see just how sweet life can be without the masks, the fear and most importantly the knowledge of who you really are.

Your on that road now do not be swayed you will have rough days but that is part of normal living and you have the rest of us here to get you through those negative days. We have ALL been there and come through it and we have learnt through that experience.

Take it easy
