Hey everyone.

Just when I haven't thought about my ex (the perp) for quite a long time, he shows up in a bad dream, and I awaken feeling that old hurt, bitterness, and depression. My intention is to shake it off as quickly as possible this morning and take care of myself. Thansk for listening.

Thanks for the support guys! I did pretty well shaking it off. I'm coming up on a year in a few weeks since the therapist set me free and I filed my police report. I have to remind myself that I've made lots of recovery progress and focus on that, and on looking forward. I have the rest of my life to live.
