Trinity,

Thanks for the information. Will keep u, Ryan and your brother in my prayers. I feel sad that u have to go though this and I feel angry that someone did this to you brother.

Give him our best.

Hiya Trini,

I know this is so stupid but okay.

1. Nyjah doesnt like people 2 touch him so make sure the docs know that. When I was in the hospital it was touch poke grope like all the time. I didnt like it even tho my doctor was cool & always asked me can he touch me. All that stuff made me wanna throw up.

2. Hes gonna be really thirsty but dont let him drink too much or hes gonna throw up all over his tigger.

3. Dont let him be alone. Just dont.

4. He will get hacked off cos he cant do stuff 4 himself. Just tell him its ok & soon he will be home. Tell him the nurses are ok with it & its not his fault.

5. Hold his hand okay? I really liked that when my brothers did that 4 me. Its not girly if yr bf holds his hand.

I told u this was a stupid post.

(((((DB))))) - You'll be in my prayers untill your healthy return to here...

Trinity,

Thank you for letting us know what's up with him - hope all went well w/ the surgery (God - I know how much I hate doc's to touch me below the waist - I am sure he feels the same)

Thank you for being there for him! - he needs you (yeah - I know - us survivors can be a real pain sometimes - but he still needs you)

Please keep us updated on his progress...

Thank you again,

TJ jeff

Trinity,

Tell him this just shows him how much we all love and care about him. Tell him to give him self time as always. I know he hate it when I say that but that is what is needed time, nothing but time.

lots of love, Nathan

Trinity,

As always thank you for the update info on our friend. It does sound like he is really having a hard couple of days. It sounds like you are saving him right now just being their for him. Ryan is strong but he has a break point it is good to see that he has his own ways of dealing with it in a healthy way. I can totally understand why you and Ryan don't want to make an account here.

You sure are a great sister and Ryan is also. He is lucky to have people like you in his life.

lots of love, Nathan

I'd like to echo what Nathan said. That's really good of you to make sure that this is "his place". Tell him to take it slowly - recovery takes some time. Just the anesthesia can take weeks to get out of the system - it's hefty stuff. But, as long as there are people like you around him, he will heal much faster.
Tell him that Sophiesdad has been thru 3 back operations, a kidney operation and 2 hernia operations. So I have lots of experience I should take out stock in the hospital. Anyway, each day the pain gets a little less. It DOES get better!
There's a lot of us rooting for you, and can't wait to hear that you're home.

Charlie,

depends on the surgery. There are some that are 'in and out', same day surgery. Or even if you stay in for a night or two, you can start eating when you feel like it and aren't sick. They normaly will start you with liquids, and then move you up to food. But it does happen. Just so you don't feel so paranoid about your friend! :)
