Well, that's some kind of landmark I guess?

And I post this as a "Thank you" to everyone here for your support and friendship.
Coming here does me good, I still use MS in the way it's intended - as a support network for Survivors, the BEST support network for Survivors!

I can remember the fear and trepidation when I posted my first reply here, I thought that I would be thrown out instantly because I was 'worthless' and 'nobody would want to talk to me'
How wrong I was.

And since then I haven't shut up ! :D

Thanks guys, this place means a lot to me, and this place is all of you.

Dave :)

Dave,

What can I say buddy. Ya got a lot to say and I for one appreciate it and you for all you do to make this a safe place.

Marc

Dave - I think I know what you found here, for I found it too!

You might not stop talking now, but you also never stop supporting others - for that I thank you personally.

Here's to the next 5000 - best wishes ...Rik

Dave:
I hear your wife calling, "Come to bed. Get off the F'ing computer". Good work, but take care of business.

Dave,

 ;)

Look at it this way, you are only 1/20 of the way to 100,000 posts.

Thank you Dave, ALL of your posts have been worthwhile.

Bill

Hmmm, how many thousands of PMs should also be counted.

Way to go man!

You make me tired just thinking about that many posts.

I wonder how many keystrokes that adds up to?

Dear Dave,

Boy am I glad for the few hundred or so of those 5000 I have been able to read. You have given so much encouragement to me.

Your dedication and record of service to your fellow survivors is inspiring.

Thank you so much for all that you do. You're a wonderful man.

Warm regards,

Dave, happy 5000th, keep up the good work. It is always a good feeling to help others through an impossible minefield. I came here not knowing what to expect, but I found answers to questions, I dare not ask anybody in the World.

MS certainly is part of my salvation,

ste ;)

The day you 'shut up', it will be a sad day here, and a loss of great wisdom and assistance. Thank you for all you give to this site and the people here Dave.

Dave,

Congratulations on reaching over 5000 posts. What a record! What kind and encouraging words!
What a man you are for us to emmulate! May we all learn to be as reinforcing and encouraging as you have been.
Thank you for your service here.
Thank you for your words to me.
An incredible thought, isn't it, that from what happened to you as a youth, you would encourage others? I still can't get my mind around that one.
I'm sorry for all of the pain you've experienced, I'm thankful for all of the wisdom you've mined from it, and your sharing it with us.
You're the man I want to be.
Love,
David

Hiya Dave!!

As you know, I am new here, and I just wanted to let you know that you are a constant source of encouragement to all of us who are new. Thanks!!
