To be honest I dont know if the Therapist has to report him but I suspect he does.

Jake, if there is even the slightest chance that your Uncle seeing a therapist may give him pause to think before abusing another child then the therapy is worthwhile. But don't waste too much time thinking about the creep. Just make sure the parents of all the young kids in your family are aware of what his history is. Peace, Andrew
