Please join me in congratulating Bob Wheelock who was elected to the MS Board of Directors and to Jane Flinn and Mark Crawford for their re-election to our board.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Bob in Minneapolis and was immediately impressed with his committment to survivors and MS. Welcome to the board Bob!

Mark has always been one of our chief "go to" guys. His committment is unquestioned and his passion boundless. Welcome back Mark. :)

Jane is a unique and talented woman. The Ambrose Foundation has been a generous supporter of MS and I am looking forward to Jane's participation.

Wonderful news, congratulations to everyone.

I hope you all have a happy and productive time despite the hard work.

Thanks for the commitment to us all.

Thank you to all the board members, volunteers, moderators and facilitators who nurture and allow MaleSurvivor to grow, thrive and help hundreds of men, women and children. Peace, Andrew

Way to go Bob, (aka...The Dean)!!!!!! :) I'm glad you are on the board your dedication to MS is an inspiration. You always have a calm, generous response to the hurt souls here.

Congrats All!

Aaron

My congratulations also. You board members astonish me with the amount of your concern and the extra work that you take on.

Now I was wondering: Does it mean we have to genuflect when addressing " The Dean". I want to be totally correct in this and would like some direction as to the proper protocol. :D :p :)

And Mark and Jane:

What can I say except a heartfelt thankyou for what you continue to do.

Indeed the entire Board is an incredible group of people.

Well, from my observations and the words of a little mouse who talked to me, the twelve and more hour meetings make me worry that my butt can endure such meetings.

I really did not expect to be elected, so I was a bit surprised myself. I hope that some of the great ideas that were spoken about at the Banquet Luncheon in Minn can actually come true. There are a lot of great ideas for the growth of our org.

Bob

Allow me to start my part of the discussion about the conference by congratulating Mark, Jane and Bob. I'm sorry I didn't meet Jane..probably walked right past her in some of the fog that surrounded me.
But I did get to interact with Bob and Mark and I wished that you all could have been there. Besides the forum that Bob and Mark held regarding clergy abuse, these guys are the real thing in their interactions with others. Most of you know about the great job that Bob does for us here and Mark works just as industriously on our behalf on the board level. Bob,I hope that your new board resposibilities will not take you away from us here; we would miss your tender out-reachings and counsel you give so freely. Blessings to you all and thanks for "stepping up to the plate."

Oh, geez, did you guys hear the thunder, feel the electric charge through your keyboards, or was that just me......how could I have forgotten to have congratulated Mr. Tolson on his election to the office of his immenence, the grand pooba? Actually, I think that it is called President Elect, and Fred Tolson will take over in January when Richard Gartner steps down.
How could I have forgotten such an important congratulatory offering?
And while we're at it, how about three Hip, Hips for Richard and his leadership for these past years.
Please forgive the oversight, Fred, I do know that you control the world from your web chair.

Humbly,

David
