Being that I’m not particularly tech savvy, I’m not sure what to make of that message. I assume it means that it can be hacked and personal information stolen, but I’m not sure if that’s an issue with the site or with my own devices. I have a Windows 7 PC and an iPad connected to a wireless network, password protected, with Avast antivirus and shield protection. I don’t get that message with other sites, so I wonder if it’s an MS issue or is it on my end. Techno-challenged survivor here wants to know.

I second that question. I have noticed it too. I am using Chrome with Windows 10 with a wired connection. Is it because the new site has not provided the necessary security certifications and permissions to Google Chrome? Or is it something else?

All that means is that the site uses http:// instead of https://. Https is more secure and Google wants all websites to use that protocol. Http:// is not necessarily insecure, though. Not much to worry about.

We are in process with resolving this issue and getting https.

Yes,
My understanding is that the newest versions of the main browsers now specifically display non https sites as such in the search bar so that it is more easily seen—-that this has always been the case, but now the browser software wants ya to know about it!

It has not been an easy road - but it's good to get this kind of feedback. Thank you!

LoL! Yep. It could at least turn a few tumblers for a second or two... just to let us know it's changing pages. :D

It was a big item on the bucket list
