Whether you are just embarking on your journey to recovery or are in the process of healing, I am here to support. I have several years of experience working with survivors of sexual violence (childhood and adulthood), human trafficking and intimate partner abuse.

When I work with male survivors, some of the areas I help with are: ending the cycle of destructive behaviours, improving their relationships, managing difficult emotions, processing what happened and understanding the impact of their trauma, as well as challenging narratives that are no longer serving them.
