If you're sick of being stuck in survivor mode and need a safe space to process and heal, I'm your person! I've been working with individuals who have experienced trauma since 2017. I am a military spouse which has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse population of people. I will meet you where you're at and provide you with the tools you need to move forward. There's no time limit on therapy, in fact, many of my clients are long term because healing takes time and trust. I strongly believe in finding the right fit which is why I encourage you to consult with several therapists before choosing the one for you!
