Do you ever feel like you are stuck in your own head? Logically you know one thing to be true, but emotionally you cannot embrace that truth? My professional interests include working with all ages and stages in areas of trauma recovery, recovery from abusive relationships, anxiety, and grief. I utilize elements of CBT and DBT in therapy, as well as drama therapy (see explanation below).

“Drama Therapy is an active, experiential approach to facilitating change… storytelling, projective play, purposeful improvisation, and performance, participants are invited to rehearse desired behaviors, practice being in relationship, expand and find flexibility between life roles, and perform the change they wish to be and see…” (NADTA, 2024).

I offer onsite appointments at an outpatient mental health counseling office called Bodhi Counseling Services located in Bedford, NH. Please note that I am unable to provide medication management, court-ordered counseling, letter writing, counseling outside the state of New Hampshire, or provide a one-time psychological evaluation or assessment.
