Well said. It is sad to see another day gone for those suffering the pain and hurt that comes with your words.
 
You hold no blame if you are a male survivor of abuse, you are the innocent in the wrong place at the wrong time. Look at your positives and what you are as a person today, try to have your glass half full not half empty and be strong. Good luck.
